BIOGRAPHY — THIRD PERSON
========================================================================
Fifteen years as a web developer and ten as a web performance consultant let Fabian talk about accessible, fast websites with both developers and decision-makers: what it takes to build them, and what they are worth.

He has optimized web technologies from the moment they shipped, always obsessing over one thing: how fast a page feels to the person actually using it. And no era comes close to how exciting this one is.

The problem he is working on now: getting the same quality out of AI tools that a senior developer builds by hand — accessible, fast, and running in every browser. Hundreds of hours in, he is a little further along than most, and still experimenting and getting better at it every day. YouTube shows you the demos; Fabian shows you the honest version, what worked and what did not.

He builds that way for a living, too. At Speed Kit he creates AI agents that automate web performance testing, and the data tools that tie what they measure to business outcomes — production systems, not weekend prototypes, and the reason he can put a number on speed as readily as he can explain it.

A Google Developer Expert for Web, Fabian speaks regularly at DevFests and other GDG events across Europe and North Africa. Generous people taught him this craft, and passing it on is a pleasure. You’ll find him talking with attendees before the talk, after it, and usually until someone locks the venue.

INTRODUCTION — DEVELOPER SESSIONS
========================================================================
For the workshops and the AI talks. About thirty seconds, out loud.

Our next speaker has spent twenty-five years building for the web — fifteen as a developer, ten as a web performance consultant. He is a Google Developer Expert for Web and a regular at DevFests across Europe and North Africa. The question he is working on now is how to get real quality out of AI tools: sites that are accessible, fast, and work in every browser. Today he is going to show you what works and what doesn’t, from hundreds of hours of building. Please welcome Fabian Krumbholz.

INTRODUCTION — BUSINESS SESSIONS
========================================================================
For the e-commerce talk. About thirty seconds, out loud.

Our next speaker has spent twenty-five years building for the web. The last ten have been an obsession with two things: what a fast site is worth to the business, and how to actually get one. He is a Google Developer Expert for Web, and at Speed Kit he builds the data tools that connect how a shop performs to what it earns. Today he is here with real browser data from more than 150 European shops — what speed did to the numbers, what the AI hype did not, and how to tell the two apart. Please welcome Fabian Krumbholz.
